Hi Lisha, sorry for my slow respond. Here is a revision, changed the gesture of the hands so it now looks like charity concept anymore. Now its two hands shaking each other while the third hand as the mediator. I hope you like this one. Please let me know what you think.

Thank you for your designs. I like this one and the hand concept but the logo looks a but like its a charity rather than a mediation business.
