We liked the black lines around the VP. We would like to remove the two horizontal lines at the bottom of the logo that are on either side of "properties". can you redo that? Thank you!

Your logo is our favorite. We really like the VP that you used on all of the logos below. We'd like to use the logos (can you remove the lines around the VP and kearn the "Properties" on the logos below a little?) both the circle, and the logos below. We're happy to pay extra for the few below also. Can you get us your contact info and upload the circle one here and the square and circle VP style for the logos?
