my house is fine. been very busy helping in the community. just getting back on line w/ some work. I am not even sure what happens next w/ this contest.

here is an update to the ampersand face and I've remove the horns

Please keep in mind you are looking a 350x280 pixil wide image 72 dpi detail is not always going to be visible the full logo default at 300 dpi (print) will maintain detail...what is the smallest the logo will be printed?

this face/eyes and teeth is better but the eye details as well as the lower teeth are hard to make out. and this logo wont be large on our marketing material...so maybe always appearing to be small

I've withdraw a few repetitive designs there is not much else that can be done with the face inside the ampersand there is not enough room. The ampersand was never meant to scary it

I have no clue how to make my work scarier and still maintain readability for the event, this reason I never used a stripper girl silhouette pose because it's A-typical and not scary

To me the effect should be hint at what to come for the big event. The unknown is scary, shadows, hint of something ominous.

not loving the "face" of the pumpkin. I do want scary/manacing...I mostly don't like the mouth. this logo is v good tho

btw this is kind of circular but I like it...still prob prefer the more horizontal types

I am not liking the eyes inside the ampersand

the ampersand is the eye highlight.

witch hat, hand rising out of the ground, gravestone, bat, maybe just two scary eyes instead of the whole jack o lantern

I get it. some people agree w the key idea.

Here is an idea the key hole adds that sense of exclusiveness tot he design as mentioned in the brief. It is a wee bit left of center not something one would expect. It does raise one's curiosity.

I have an idea that will accommodate fangs. I will post in a wee bit. or bite hahahaha

this is strong! can a traditional Halloween symbol be incorporated? a scary set of eyes, scary jack o lantern face, .....just wondering. doing that may mess it up. the and symbol is nice as well as font btw
