I still prefer this one over your updated designs. Do you have any ideas on incorporating fire or enhancing the graphics on the "o" without being too literal (with the medal)?

Can you make the "O" bigger?

Instaed of a orange circle could we somehow incorporate an image to look like an "o" but also represent bravery or courage or a medal?

I like this. Can you make "Insurance, Ltd." smaller and right justify it? so that it won't be centered.

I do like the colors. The "V" is kind of hard to read, but I do like where you are going with emphasizing it. Do you have more graphic ideas? We now have to use "Valor Insurance, Ltd." We would still like the emphasis on Valor (with Insurance, Ltd. smaller and underneath).
