Just need clarification, You need an emblem/shield design for QR or new ValidHire logo?

Maybe to less time to give you the best concept but I will try to submit new ValidHire logo.
Do you need QR Code as an element of ValidHire logo? It would be an excessive when the shield contains the QR Code + ValidHire logo which also contained a QR Code, wouldn't it?
