You have some great designs. As you can see your still holding the number one spot. What we like about this is your use of the V across the top AND the gradation of color from top to bottom. Also you have a good font balance between Valid and Energy.
We see some opportunity for enhancement on this particular design that would get it closer to what we are looking for. Since we DRILL for oil and gas -- the V as it stretches across the top COULD look like a drilling pipe -- which has a drill head at the end. The drill head could be the DOT over the "I" possibly.
But the gradation is good because oil is below the ground an there are layers of topography. It may be good to see less "glossy" and more earthy look. But maintain the continuity you have on this one. It is very good. We like the simplicity.
