I'm not sure about the swoop up on #7, or the slightly whimsical font for "magazine", but overall I like the direction this one is going.

#10 is interesting, but I don't think "magazine" should be broken up on two lines. Also, I like palm trees but this magazine will feature property around the world so I don't want to give the impression that it's only for tropical areas.
