316 is beautiful, but you need to work on v, the v need to be more protagonist, and iside the cirlce i believe, the world need to be less important then then v.
If yoummake the v more important and keep the world concept in the logo with those amazing colours you done you will win

Its the best, make it less confusing, less land, make it more rounded, make the shape of the v more in evidence lets try its nice!

330 is ok, less complex more simple , keep it elegant, the earth dies not have to have all the perfect country inside, it can be subtle, people need to undestand its a globe but nit necessary need to bevin details

# 356 is nice , but the v need ti be thicker nicer more important but live the background thenway it is
362 and 365 are nice but still the v is weak, check the v which are in a giod ranking, the background of 356 is ok, the v on it need to take more importance

#400 and #446 the difference is the colour on the bottom "v"
What do you think in the ideia of having two stylized golden silver eagles with wings open forming 2 "Vs", and touching their wings together like partners? If you like the ideia i can work on it.
