Don't get discouraged because your other logos are down. It's just to let you know which versions I like best.

These is also Great.
I feel like it would be perfect if the letters did not have the serif.
Apart from that great job.
But small changes are for later stages of the contest so don't worry about it now.

Hello. I like the concept a lot. I would not change the font or the diamond. Maybe we could try experimenting with different patterns to the side of the diamond, something a little bit more simple? Maybe without the small dots.
If you have any other ideas feel free to execute them after all you are the designer.
