Hey Keegan, great question, thanks for asking. NO, we are NOT actually affiliated with USDA. We simply sell mortgages that are guaranteed (or insured if you will) by USDA. So we are authorized by USDA to use their loan program with our borrowers but we are not part of USDA at all.
I really like your designs and have some ideas that I'd like to see added to some of them. However I am short on time right now. I am located in Central Standard Time zone (it is 1:15pm here now) if that helps. Looks like you are in Indonesia so you are 12 hours ahead right? So it's 1:15am on Saturday where you're at? I bring this up because I plan on giving you some feedback over the weekend when I have more time. Will you be able to work on the logo this weekend?
Ok actually I have a couple minutes so I'm going to give you some feedback now.
1. Firstly, in regards to the blue buildings you've placed in the logo, could you replace them with the following three things: a grain silo, a home, and a windmill? I like the solid blue so keep that the same. I basically just want the shapes of the building changed. The grain silo would be on the right, the house would be next to it (to the left) and the windmill would be spaced out, all the way to the left.
2. In regards to the "loanscenter.com" text in the logo, could you add just a little space between the 's' and 'c' in "loanscenter" so it looks like two words? I still want it close enough that it looks like a domain name. Just want it spaced so that you can tell it's "loans" and "center". So it would look something like:
loans center.com
Although not quite that much space between the letters. If you have other ideas on how to distinguish those two words apart from each other that would be fine too. Maybe you could make the color of the "loans" text blue and make the "center" text green or something?
3. Could you maybe take out one of the white lines in the bottom-left side of the green hill area of the logo? I may want to keep this part just like it is now but I also want to see what it would look like with only one of those white lines on the left and the current one on the right.
4. Could you try doing a rectangular version of the logo as well? I really like the circle but I just want to see how a rectangle would look with the design.
