Please take a look at my most recent entries such as #88, #90, #91, #92 & #93 which are the revisions of #60 where I included the tagline and changed layouts in some of the entries. I hope you would like the revised versions too. Any suggestion would be welcomed. Thanks!

Can you scale down the eagle by about 20%, make USAR all gold, and move "U.S." to the second line in silver?
Could you also add our slogan underneath?
