I like your First Entry the best, however I think I am looking for something more fun but still serious. Also, can the title of the department be Coach Development Program instead of Coaching department. I need something that can be branded easily and pop out, put on a shirt or made into a sticker for all of our coaches to feel like they are part of a special group. (We have coaches of all ages, so I want this to tailor to this) I look forward to seeing your ideas. I also like in entry #4 how you underline the title of the department as well. I like both lines. Let me know what other feedback you would like.
