We like the font and coloring, however we want the fact that we are the coaching department to stand out more. It very basic, we would like to spruce this up more and make it more geared towards coaching.

I like the new addition but this seems more like something our referee's would use, we are looking for more coach centered. Also, we want the fact that Coach Development stands out just as much if not more than the words USA Rugby.
