I like the ideas, but am not liking the idea of incorporating a leaf. It is very cliche. I like the "UT" logo in #7 #19 #24 and #6, but the leaf gets in the way. Maybe work with that, and try different font styles.

I like #27 very much, but the "UT" logo seems to need more. Also, maybe try the font in lowercase.
