These are good! I like that they are bold and simple, however I would like to not have to slogan "seconds count" in the logo.

I like # 56 a lot! I would like to see what "URGENT" looks like in blue. I am leaning toward the blue and red color scheme.

# 89 is really good! I like that one a lot. I would like to see what it would look like if the blue left end was not rounded, but was squared, like #57. I like the slight separation between the blue and red!
