we like how urban and simple are different in color, but try them in the same color...maybe one heavier than the other. would you try some other fonts? the "u" should be fantastic, and please don't be afraid to use more design elements, like a texture or gradient on the box the U is in. Maybe play with inner drop shadow on the u... and try the box with sharp corners and maybe in a circle.
