...any suggestion on how it may improve to represent your brand?

I like the type face you used in the lettering. I also like the format of #35. I love the design, but I do not know if it describes the service offered at the salon. If the swirls and lines represent hair, I am concerned it looks a little unruly. It is definitely modern and hip. I could see putting it on a t-shirt. I really do not know how to make it better, without taking away from your style. I love the colors you used though. I like how you incorporated the blue (At least the middle swirly looks blue. It might be black?) Oh well. You are very talented.

thanks Christie, it helps me in indentifying which element to work on (the unruly hair in this case).
As for the color, it is black but I suppose the line weight has make it appear bluish.. :)
