- Logo too big perhaps, but I do like the concept.
- Tree might not look so much like a tree...perhaps modify a bit
- I dont understand the purpose of the little top corner ( right top )

Here is my first entry for your consideration.
The logomark is clean,simple and contemporary.
The logo represents urban and nature whilst the geometric style gives the logo form and shape with a subtle representation of flooring.
I hope you may like the design and I will be happy to make any revisions you request.
