UpSpaceLogo Design Contest

Don't worry about the placing right now.......I'll be sending out a survey to my team tomorrow and getting their feedback, I'm just gathering my top ten before that. I'm looking for something 2-3 colors, and with a definitive mark that can be separate and recognizable on its own, without the "UpSpace" name and slogan. That make sense?

Variation of #92 with location mark shaped more as letter "p".

Another variation with one arrow creating letter U instead of five.
