I I really like this look: mostly because it is a lot different than the standard look and feel that I've gotten from all the other designers. I like these particles. What I don't like is the font type and how it's all uppercase. If you can work on the font type while further integrating this speckled look and feel then we may be able to get somewhere. It also might make sense to do the spackle in a mix of the dark blue, black and gray. So we have some texture and depth.

All uppercase; dont like that. Lets stick with an uppercase U and D only. Too much space in between each letter of the word "consulting"
