Can you get rid of the round thing, and then break the D such that the left side of the D make an arrow pointing up. The tip of the arrow cannot exceed the top of the D.

Can you float the broken piece of the K so it's in exact alignment but still not attached?

Can you lower the case? Leaving the P and the D uppercase?

If the arrow is not completely up, maybe its pointing in the up direction but on a slant, up and to the right.

I like this concept to, I might like it more if the you and the D somehow were being shaped by the arrow in a continuous swoop. And then next to that little design was the entire word upper deck and then of course consulting. But instead of there being a swoop that looks like a lowercase D, I would do it so that it was a U and ID being formed by the swooping arrow.

This one is pretty awesome. Can you do something with an arrow so it's pointing up and not to the right. I like it because it makes me feel like it's in motion. I want to try to focus on motion moving up. If a client works with me then the ideas that I'm going to take them to the upper deck.

I like this one. However, that smoosh may be a little too much. I was hoping that somebody did some custom styling with in the P's. Whatever the styling as it has to make you feel like you're moving up.

Of course I like this concept however it is strikingly similar to the example that I provided. And that is a problem because the company that I will be doing business with has a very similar looking logo and that would just be weird. So, although I do like it it is way too similar to what I've already provided.
