I know you have asked for red and blue as the two colours for the sub-divisions, but I think it would be worthwhile considering blue and green. #16 is a variation of your current Group logo with a green wing and a blue wing. #14 InfraNorth has green wings, and #15 GastroNorth has blue wings. The red body and darker green/blue wing overlap is common to all three designs.
