These look real good. Can you try something with a pentagon instead of a circle. Something that would translate to a hat or a shirt well.

I like both of your submissions. Try dropping the compass points. The loon is money!!!! love the loon scene with the water and the trees. What else can you do with the bottom half with roof top? It took me a second to see that was a roof. Great start
