FYI I am in general so in love with compasses so grateful for effort to make work! What I see with these is 'finite' advancement. By that I mean it looks as though you are going in two straight lines in different directions - one with a circle that looks like a barrier. That's what I like about the one that is number one at moment. The lines are curved and never-ending. Sounds hokey, I know but I guess I've been in the business too long and have drunk too much of the koolaid... so so grateful for efforts !!!
