I love it! Great job!

Any chance we could take off the part about "move your employees up" - the only reason being that I may be asked to speak outside of corporations and just want to ensure that It still speaks to the audience.

Wow! I like 194 and would likely prefer it with Unleash the Potential as well from 183. Just in blue and burgandy?
