You're missing "of" between University PM, was this intentional? If it was, do you think it is not important to have that in the logo? Eventhough the site URL is universityofpm.com

Could do an update to #24 with the same color from the Elements logo. Like the 4 head with cap, use one of the color from Elements' logo.
