"A Division of Handsome Holdings, inc." with two horizontal lines above and beyond?

Can we make the "A Division of Handsome Holdings, inc." a little smaller and have lines on either side. Kind of like a line thought the middle but only the ends show.

And can you make the U in the logo be a uniform dark blue like at the bottom of the letter.
