I really like this. I like the simplicity of your work. Let me review with my team tomorrow. They all seem to like some of they logs that have people in them. Yes, that is what I was trying to do in my above comments. I like how you have the words in 154. For the emblem on the left can you change it to people (stick figures) and then add a hand under them holding them up? That seems to be a theme my team likes. It is a variation of what you are doing.

Also, I am curious what the color Teal would look like instead of green for #111 and 154

I have an idea. can you take the U and C in the words and hook the C into the bottom of the U. like it is hanging off of the U. The for the emblem add 3 stick people linked together and hand holding them up. Can you do that easily or is that too much? thank you

Final design on LT site will delivered on eps and jpg only.
But if you need more, i will be ready to deliver eps rgb, eps cmyk, hi res jpeg, transparent png. These will be deliver soin after you close the contest.
