By "feminine" I really just mean "lighter," and I mean that for both the font and the logo. The font is ok, I like that it's sans-serif and all capitals, maybe just try using a lower-weight version of the same typeface.

This is great because it really evokes the image of a city square while maintaining simplicity. It could use a little more of a "feminine" look.
