While I like your new entry #166 I would love to see something similar to the one withdrawn #139. What I liked about that one was the "R" extending below the outer circle and contrasting background. If you could come up with a UR that did not resemble #139 it would be in my top 5. I was in the process of putting the withdrawn in the #1 spot...just letting you know that was a real winning entry for me :-)
