Thanks for #52, this is an improved UR. It is still a bit hard to make our the initials (at first glance that is) but still like your layout and use of color the best. If you could interpret the UR as a bit more recognizable for the public that would be helpful.

You new entry #148 is striking. However, it is a bit dark for me. Is there a way to bring in more red? Possibly a bit lighter for more contrast? It is a tad too masculine for me so I'd like a bit more color in the design
