My suggestion is if you want the logo to be your product brand, you don't have to use the "CORPORATION" just ULTRAMED and the world logo.

If you want to be your company name, you can use the ULTRAMED CORPORATION and the world logo.

That is my opinion, It's all up to you :)

If the logo is symmetrical, the glove thumb will be up and down. my opinion is not look good for your logo :)

the logo is perspective sphere, so it look have volume, I think it not symmetrical.
The text ULTRAMED is not same length, if same length the A and M will be small.
