first attempt,
concept : image some group of people.. that has meaning same like the colours.
u : green -- that meen people in front
force : dark blue -- that mean peoples that support you from behind
overall concept is, that u have a group that that you choose for achive something togather as a group.

this version has change the placement. and i'am already measurement with old UForce logo, and it has same height.
