Hi,
I like these a lot. Very good job.
Maybe play with this variation: It would be cool if the guy in the clock had one arm up at the 12 and then his tie curled to the three. a striped tie to stand out!!!
Maybe something along those lines? Please keep these versions though as they are very good.
