I like your ideas, mainly #19, but we want the focus to be more on the name than on the bridge itself. Our company does not build bridges, so we do not want the bridge to dominate the logo and potentially confuse clients. I also prefer the lighter blue used in #7 than the over the dark blue used in #21.
