I have replaced eye with fingerprint. Introduce new font and change the shape of padlock to work well with font.

Thank your for your feedback. I can make eye to look more in the line with he security image. But I will try out different variations as you suggested. Also I will use other tech fonts to match them with the logo.

Do you think the eye looks too much like that movie "monsters inc"? maybe without the eye and just the lock? and maybe a little bit larger on the lock and flip the open part above/around the "T" in Tyler? Also, not sure if you can see the other ranked logos, but perhaps a bit more of a "techy" font? I do like the different weights as you have it. If you like to experiment with two colors maybe "Tyler" is one color and "INTEL" is another? thanks!

really smart ideas with the lock and eye! Could you try some different fonts, maybe different weights of font for Tyler and INTEL? Perhaps shrink the lock, or increase the font size too...the lock seems to somewhat float a bit far away from lettering. thx!

I came up with symbol for open source intelligence. It is opened padlock with the eye, 2 symbols of openness and security.
