I like the overall intent of this design. It reminds me of the "Windows7 phone" images that let people know that their phone is a window to more content.

Not a fan of how wide the logo is, I'd like to see it in a perspective view, coming at the camera. Also, the lettering could use some adjustment, not a fan of the harsh angle on the T and the V.

Also, while I specified preferred colors. I'd like to open this up to having a bit more color variations.
