Well, I am not sure that I understand this correctly and not sure so far how can I combine it with the Vegas idea...

I just seen something i really liked. It was a large splash coming from around the whole sign, looks like the sign was dropped into water, sorry thats the best way i could explain it.

Could i please get 3-4 different font and colour types of "twin cities", and some option to change the car outline, bubbles and water in the blue back ground to other styles of the same things.

i like the look of the vegas look. Could we have a few option like this with the light bulbs around it. Possibly change the car to make it clearer with some different options.
