here is my entry - its fashionable typography that will withstand the test of time. i was wondering if you were set on having a boar image in the logo or if you are open to ideas without the boar.
i should point out that the only reference to a boar in my logo is the small foot of the ampersand that is sticking out of the 'o' - it is in the shape of a boar's tusk. Small connection, I know...but wondering if subtle things and good typography might work better than a full on boar image.
We like the sophistication of your entry. And we are open to subtle elements, but in your case it is a little two subtle. We think you have the right feel for the restaurant's image. We would love if you try again and give us a little more. We re not set on having an entire boar in the logo...but we would like something more than just type.
Hi April, I got your message and have been working on a boar representation. Here is my proposed emblem with boar head included. It is all one color and will produce well at almost all sizes, and since its 1 color reproduction should be cheaper to keep costs down. Let me know your thoughts. Thanks, Kyle
Thanks for the feedback, April. I will work on your requests. Can you be a little more specific on what you mean by the ribbon on the outside? not sure if you wanted changes to the shape of teh logo or if you meant the little ribbon where i put 'food' & 'drink'.
here is a grayscale version. let me know how much color you want to add. i see the logo for your business as a more sophisticated look with simple 2 or 3 colors - not too loud with a bunch of 'in your face' bright colors - but let me know what you think. thanks.
