Is it possible to make a 3d effect?

But I can't do similar effect with light reflections, because Xyan did it first before me;( I don't want to break the rules of this community.

Also, there is an artist named Xyan that made something similar with shading and light reflections that made the circle look 3D, can you produce such an effect?

I'd like to see this design with a small modifications. I want to see it with the middle white circles a little bigger to balance out the cross on the other side of the spine

Can you do a version of this with green letters or maybe the first letters TCR in green? Also, is there a way to make the dots on the i's a plus sign?

Excellent work, can you break the long bones up into two peices at the knee and elbow? I'm also thinking that a small white circle inside the head or even the white plus sign inside the green head might look good

I'd like to see the guy colored with skeleton white and you can leave the background circle one color. So like red circle, green guy, white bones. Maybe a few combos of that. Additionally, I really want to emphasize skeletal structure, So separating the bones into upper arm and lower arm, upper leg and lower leg with ribs and so forth.

Colors: I like a little more bright orange in the red... just a hint, I also prefer a more lime green, just like in the samples I gave. I'd also like to see the words in red.

It's not quite the bright red orange color I'm look for though, It may just be that it is hard to produce on the computer. Behr paint has a color called top tomatoe that is perfect, in fact I've painted my clinic that color already.
