Nebulous, I love it. :)
Perhaps a bit less squiggly around the cheeks?
Also, the pattern of a tiger's forehead is as unique as a human's fingerprint. A design like this must carefully consider every nuance of the shape of the forehead stripes and whether each stroke carries meaning.
