Please see my design for your consideration. I used serpent(s) to create the letter "T & E" , and to also signify the medical aspect of the logo. I reversed the letter "e" on the end of the word "ekimae" which also gives the logo a medical & scientific feel. I then included a light shadow for a perspective depth effect.
