Interesting concept. Can you try switching the color scheme (Truett in blue and Recruiting Group in black) and make the color of the knot in the tie the same color as the Recruiting Group font to provide some slight color contrast in Truett. Also, this logo might not need the tag line but if you could try a version that incorporates "Moving Careers Forward" that would be great! I would like to see versions that both incorporate the tag line along with those that do not as I'm not sure which direction I'm going to take yet.
Thanks for your quick submission and keep the creativity coming.
Thanks for your feedback. Here's the quick update #8 #9 . Let me know if you have another thought, while I'm trying to develop this concept for the next submissions.
With regards to entry #10 - Really love this idea. Can you try this concept....get rid of the tie in the T of Truett and just use the standard font, make the last two t's in Truett connect...and out of that shape of the last two t's make a single door opening below the line that connect the t's (so you essentially have a single door frame with the door opening) and add a creative touch with a light, shadow, ect. shining through that door to create the visual perception of the door opening.
Let's add the tag line "When Opportunity Knocks" just to see how it all fits together.
Really love the creative concepts as tag line could essentially change based on the submissions.
Still really enjoy the doors as this represents opportunity. It was a very creative idea! I did some research over the weekend and thought about my brand in some more detail. If you view some of the larger accounting and financial firm websites (PwC, KPMG, Deloitte, Ernst & Young, JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley, etc.) I think this will better illustrate the professional, yet conservative logo that I'm going for.
I know the younger generation of professions have more of a creative edge than the old school executives (mainly due to social media, branding, etc.) If you could try this concept again, but in a more professional and conservative approach, I think it would really bring out the look that I'm going for as I'm certainly not opposed to heading in this creative direction.
