Thanks again for your invitation. Here you go a scketch based on your brief where you can ask for any changes or make any suggestions.
I think this layout has a double meaning, accordingly to your activity and slogan. In one hand, it can be seen as a proactive person by the upper arm movement and leg moving forward, like it's leaving the gray position and moving forward with the blue one. On other side, the whole symbol can be interpreted as an "eye", wich is needed when observing and chosing a person for a position... It can be used both in horizontal or vertical layout also.
Wish you a great evening,

Claudia

Thanks for your submission and for proactively updating the spelling! I really enjoy the creative touch and direction that you've taken here. You did a good job incorporating the forward movement via the picture with the tag line. My only comment is that I believe for a professional services firm, this might have too much of a creative touch (this would be great for most businesses that want that creative edge!). I have advised a couple of other entrants to check out the large finance and accounting firms (PwC, Deloitte, KPMG, Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan, etc.) to get an idea of the conservative and professional, yet conservative, branding. I want to keep "Truett Recruiting Group" as a clean text with a professional looking logo. The one exception to this is that I liked the submission with the door incorporated in the two tt's of Truett, and think this direction could potentially work, however would like to see a more refined and professional looking version.

I'll be updating with more real-time comments throughout the duration of this week as I know it's instrumental to arrive at the right product.

Thanks for your submissions and I look forward to seeing more of your creative ideas!!

Hello and thank you very much for your detailed brief. I'm submiting 2 new entries for your consideration; one where the person is fitting on a circle of abstract people representation and another one with a more classical but with flowing shapes to represent the "T" innitial.
I'm at your service till the end of your contest.
Kindest regards,

Claudia

I like entry #44. Really captures the conservative look that I'm going for while providing the uniqueness originating from the color contrast and illustration to the left. Can you put together a couple of additional logos similar to this, using various color contrasts and other creative illustrations that you may think of.

All the best.

I really like entry #48 and #61. The circular tag line really stands out to me in #61! My only concern is that I see a lot of this same logo type (person or people incorporate into a logo/words) throughout logo tournament and I am really looking for something unique....more like #47. I really love that design, but am more committed to the checkerboard design that I currently have ranked #1 as it just seems more professional.

Would love to see some other ideas that you could bring to the table!

Thanks for all your hard work and dedication to this tournament.
