Creative idea as the business is built around relationships and people. I think you did a great job interpreting the vision. I like the bold font "Forward" as that's really what we're trying to do here (Move Careers Forward) and it coincides with what the picture is illustrating. Let me sit on it, as it's growing on me.
I've advised a couple of other entrants to view a some websites of companies in the financial services and accounting industries such as KPMG, Deloitte, Ernst & Young, PwC (probably the most creative), JPMorgan, Morgan Stanley, ect. to get an idea of the simple, yet conservative touch that I'm going for. Granted that most of the logos for these companies are simple text, which I'm not looking for, but I think if you surf the sites you'll get some flavor for how they brand and the simple, yet creative, touches that are used.
