Yeah, Font sizes can be tough to gauge in this limited viewing format. Here it is with the larger font. I think this is the perfect size. It is more readable, but does not overpower the icon.

also, make another version with the tag line in it "pointing you in the right direction"

I love how this tells the story of a compass without literally using one. A google search shows it is a widely used concept, so to be different I used the 4 arrows to give the illusion of the letter N inside of them. The blue emphasizes the arrow pointing north.

could you move the graphic to the left of the text. maybe scale the text a bit larger
