When I participate in a contest I always trying to do my best by exploring different ideas and directions :)
I wish to finally win this one because my design is minimal, modern and gives a sense of calm.

I like it. The grey circle is a little thick. the waves in the circle would look good as 3 different shades of blue. I've change the name to just "Float North" please remove the "True North Float Center" Thank you!

Can you make a couple of changes? A darker blue on the bottom half of the "O" in Float. A smaller arrow on the N or maybe a tapered line suggesting an arrow. Thanks!

I wanted to underline the feel of community, as you mentioned in your brief, so the circle has abstract human figures or simple circles that symbolise people.

I like the way the type is aligned. The concentric circles evoke water, but it doesn't evoke direction. I like that the slogan is in blue to match the pictorial mark.
