My Concept behind using the star shape is the following ideas :

1 ) North Star
2) Star icon symbolises Quality and High Performance .

I like your design very much. I think it would be cool to try some different fonts, maybe trying something more modern and then something more bold?

Also, I think it would be cool to look at different shades of blue, gray and black.
