40 is an intresting approach and good one in the mix. The 'compass' is a bit busy. If there was a way to make it cleaner, that could be interesting. I like the 'lightning bolt' and tilt. Thx.

Thanks. These definitely help confirm a few things: 1) colors and tone fade in #44 are the right ones, and 2) "n"/pointer is best through the globe vs. inside it. I'm torn between #44 and #87. What do you think? I wouild also love to see a version of #87 where the globe axis remains the same, but the perspective isn't so strongly toward the viewer. Can you try that? Also be good to see a version of one of these two with "Capital Properties" as I'm going to clone the winning design with a version for the mgmt and leasing arm of the company. Thanks!
