Love the graphic in #62. Great fresh approach. Can definitely work with this. Suggestions would be a two color treatment. Can play with fonts later. One small point...in the 'skyline' it looks like houses on the far right. As all we do are apartment buildings, and I don't want to be associated with home realtors, is it possible to tweak to be all city scape/bldgs? Thx.

Made a few tweaks in #73 and #74 including the font. I may experiment with a few other things as well. Let me know what you think.

Thanks!

Thanks a lot. I think they do a good job of confirming #73 nails it best. Not to make you copy the blue/orange color trend, but it does work well. Do you think a treatment with that instead of the two-tone blue would work? If even just to confirm what's there. One thought was to try "North" in the second color (blue or orange) to make it pop a little more. To me, the symbol itself is what makes this design stand out. However, the single color makes "True North" fade back some where the dual color treatment makes it stand out. Anyway, let me know if any of that comes out well and love to see them if so. Going to move this up a notch and, to me, it's a horse race with the current #1. Best creative way to combine the depiction of true north and multi-family housing investment. Killed the brief! Thx.

I submitted a few variations. Let me know if there is anything else I can do to get to the # 1 slot. Thanks!

Gosh, I like them both. What do you think? One thing I see now is the sub title in #103 works better w/out the lines (competes less with the compass symbol. Can you try that treatment on #73 to see how it compares to #103? Thx!

Do you prefer the fonts in #73 or #103?

I think #113 with the version of the city scape that's a bit fuller/bigger (the one in #102) and a version of #73 without the lines in the subtitle and the subtitle aligned to the right will do it. One of those or your ranked ones now has the greatest chance of winning. If you can submit those, I'll pick one and then we can do a version with "True North Capital Properties" to make sure both look right and we're done! Thanks so much. Love this design.

Great, thanks! Please see entry #116 and I already uploaded #106 which is #73 without the lines in the subtitle and right justified. The only question is if you want the points on the compass a tad separated as in #116 or connected to the compass with no space as in #106.

thanks again!

Thanks! Connected as in #106, I think. #106 and #116 rock. Can you make a "connected" version of #116, and then a version of each of that and #106 with "Capital Properties" as the subhead. That will do it. Absolutely love them.

I ther a difference between #125 and #106, or did you just group them all together at the end?

just grouped together at the end so you could see them all side by side.
